Spiced Superfood Hot Chocolate


It is finally getting cold now. My favorite way to warm up is with some hot chocolate!
This recipe for hot chocolate is easy to make because of OMG Superfood’s Hot Chocolate + Turmeric Powder.  This is a great way to keep warm and healthy during the colder winter. The mix is high in protein, vitamin C and iron! I also really love how their packaging is environmentally friendly. 2 cups water
2 cups almond milk or any plant milk
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp of OMG Superfoods Hot Chocolate + Turmeric Powder
4 tbsp coconut sugar
Dash of cayenne
Dash of cinnamon

Bring the water and almond milk to a boil. Add in the hot chocolate mix, sugar, cayenne and cinnamon. Lower heat and cook for 5-10 minutes until everything is dissolved.

1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp maple syrup

Melt coconut oil and mix in cacao and maple syrup. Drizzle around the inside of the glass and place in fridge for 5 minutes to set.

Once chocolate drizzle is set pour in hot chocolate. Top with vegan marshmallows and OMG Superfoods cacao nibs. This filled up two 16 oz mugs.
