This is the baked good you never knew you needed in your life. This cake is so darn delicious. I have given this to non vegans and they have gone absolutely crazy for it. Trust me this cake won’t be around for very long. It hasn’t lasted longer 24 hours every time I have made it.
A blondie is usually filled with butter, eggs and sugar. But not these ones. I wouldn’t entirely call these healthy blondies but they are definitely a healthier version. Healthier doesn’t mean low calorie just using more whole ingredients. Instead of the typical white sugar we replaced it with date caramel and instead of oil and butter we used tahini! Just to be fair these are not the most dense blondies but they are delicious!
This is one of my mom’s favorite muffins. I remember being little, we would get bagels on the weekend and she always got a banana walnut muffin. So I knew had to make a good muffin that was approved by my non vegan mother. This one was approved! Just like with the Blueberry Muffins it is not an overly sweet muffin. I am not into that so if you like super sweet muffins add in some more sugar. Either way this are delicious and a perfect way to start your morning!
