Stovetop Vegan Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces (227g) pasta of choice
  • 1 cup (240ml) Golden Wing barley milk
  • 1 cup (120g) vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (5g) nutritional yeast
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion power
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons (45g) vegan sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons (28g) vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions.
  • In a separate pan add the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium low heat stirring continuously until everything is mixed together and well incorporate. You can either whisk or use a rubber spatula.
  • Once, pasta is done drain it.
  • Add pasta to the vegan cheese sauce and mix together.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
