Easy Bruschetta
An easy antipasto (appetizer) that utilizes beautiful summer tomatoes and delicious toasted bread. This bruschetta is going to be on repeat all the time.

About 20 grape tomatoes (3.5 ounces/100g), sliced 4-5 basil leaves chopped 1 garlic clove finely chopped 2 teaspoons (10ml) extra virgin olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt 3 thin slices bread I prefer semolina bread
In a bowl combine the sliced tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil. Mix together and set aside for 5 minutes.
Thinly slice 3 pieces of bread and toast them until golden brown. You can either toast them in a toaster or in the oven or air fryer.
Once the bread is toasted divide the tomatoes amongst the bread. Drizzle over any liquid from the bowl.
Garnish with flaky sea salt and basil. Enjoy immediately.
