Oat Milk: into a blender add the oats and water. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds. First, pour the liquid into a piece of cheesecloth that is sitting on a strainer on top of a bowl. Carefully, move the cheesecloth around DO NOT SQUEEZE the cheesecloth just gently move it from side to side to get the liquid out. Then, pour the first round of strained oat milk through a fine mesh sieve. Finally, do one last pour with another cheesecloth like the first strain. Pour into a container and keep it in the fridge.
Almond Milk: pour boiling hot water over the almond milk. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Discard the water. Add into a blender with water. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Start to strain by pouring it through a fine mesh sieve twice. Then for the third round use a piece of cheesecloth. Feel free to squeeze this hard to get out any liquid. Pour into a container and keep it in the fridge.

Be sure to shake the non-dairy milk before using as settling is normal.
