Homemade Uncrustables

These homemade uncrustables are just like the store version but better! Customize them to your preferences and save money.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 12 pieces of bread of choice
  • ¼ cup peanut butter *I am using PB2, a powdered peanut butter
  • ¼ cup jelly of choice

Instructions
 

  • On each piece of bread spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter, this will give you 2 teaspoons of peanut butter per sandwich. On half of the bread spread 2 teaspoons of jelly in the middle.
  • Place one piece of bread with only peanut butter on top of the bread with peanut butter and jelly.
  • Use the mold to cut the sandwich out and seal it.
  • Enjoy immediately or freeze. To freeze, simply place in a large freezer bag and then lay it on something flat like a baking sheet or cutting board. Freeze for approximately 1 hour or until hard. Then you can store how you like. Thaw for 30 minutes on the counter or several hours in the freezer before eating.

  • Nutrition facts are based on my gram measurements put into Cronometer. Yours may vary, they are to help you get an idea.
  • I am using PB2 which is a powdered peanut butter. You mix 4 tablespoons (26g) of powdered peanut butter with about 3 tablespoons (45ml) water.
