In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. I like to first break up the cocowhip with a spatula and gently mix everything together since the cocoa powder will take a minute to settle in. Then whisk the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour the mixture and divide evenly amongst the popsicle mold, place the top on, and then add in the sticks.
Place in the freezer and freeze at least 5 hours or until hard.
When ready to remove let it sit on the counter for a few minutes to soften and making pulling them out easier. You can also run the mold under some warm water.
Once they are out you can eat them right away. You can also place them on a plate and put them back in the freezer for 1 hour to harden and then transfer into a big bag or container for storage.
