Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (9 ounces/255g) coco whip, softened
  • ½ cup (40g) cocoa powder
  • 1 cup (240ml) non-dairy milk
  • cup (67g) organic cane sugar

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. I like to first break up the cocowhip with a spatula and gently mix everything together since the cocoa powder will take a minute to settle in. Then whisk the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture and divide evenly amongst the popsicle mold, place the top on, and then add in the sticks.
  • Place in the freezer and freeze at least 5 hours or until hard.
  • When ready to remove let it sit on the counter for a few minutes to soften and making pulling them out easier. You can also run the mold under some warm water.
  • Once they are out you can eat them right away. You can also place them on a plate and put them back in the freezer for 1 hour to harden and then transfer into a big bag or container for storage.
