  • Add all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 2 ½ to 3 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours until the sauce has thickened. Stirring occasionally as needed.
  • Enjoy warm immediately or warmed up after storing in the fridge.
