This vegan sugar cookie dip is so delicious. It is easy to make and something everyone will love. Made with only 6 ingredients, it is ready in no time.
In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer whip together the vegan butter and vegan cream cheese until fluffy and pale.
Add in the powdered sugar, vegan coffee creamer, and vanilla extract. Continue to mix and until well combined. It should be the texture of icing.
Pour into a smaller bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If chilling longer (you can chill for up to 2 days) cover the bowl.
Before serving I like to use a whisk to whip everything up again. Pour in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles and fold them in. Then pour a few extra sprinkles on top and enjoy.
