Sugar Cookie Dip

This vegan sugar cookie dip is so delicious. It is easy to make and something everyone will love. Made with only 6 ingredients, it is ready in no time.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegan butter
  • 5 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
  • 1 cup organic powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegan cookie coffee creamer
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons vegan sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer whip together the vegan butter and vegan cream cheese until fluffy and pale.
  • Add in the powdered sugar, vegan coffee creamer, and vanilla extract. Continue to mix and until well combined. It should be the texture of icing.
  • Pour into a smaller bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If chilling longer (you can chill for up to 2 days) cover the bowl.
  • Before serving I like to use a whisk to whip everything up again. Pour in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles and fold them in. Then pour a few extra sprinkles on top and enjoy.
