Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing

This vegan Caesar salad dressing is creamy and delicious. Made with tofu for an extra protein and nutrient boost. It is also nut-free!

Equipment

Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ block (7 ounces) extra firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender. I would encourage you to start out with ½ teaspoon of salt and then add more into your taste preference, I used 1 teaspoon.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer into a jar and store in the fridge or use immediately.
