Add all ingredients into a high speed blender. I would encourage you to start out with ½ teaspoon of salt and then add more into your taste preference, I used 1 teaspoon.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer into a jar and store in the fridge or use immediately.

This recipes makes 338g about 11.9 ounces of dressing. The serving size is for 2 tablespoons (30g). This will be enough dressing for a medium to large salad.
