In a blender combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Taste and add in any additional salt, pepper or other seasonings to your preference.
Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake before using.

This recipe makes approximately 1 ¾ cups (390ml) of salad dressing. Nutrition information is given for 1 serving (2 tablespoons [30ml]).
You do not need to press the tofu before using. I do pat it dry with a towel.
Start with ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper, then add in additional to your liking. You can also add more seasonings like onion or garlic powder.
