Vegan Tofu Ranch Dressing

This vegan tofu ranch dressing is ready in less than 5 minutes, packs in some extra plant protein, and is so delicious.

Ingredients
 
 

  • ½ block extra firm tofu
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup water or to your desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender. You do not want to press the tofu. Keep the water to help for blending.
  • Taste and add in any extra seasonings or water to your preference. If you like a thinner dressing or dip add in a few extra teaspoons of water.
  • Store in a container in the fridge or enjoy right away.
