Equipment

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 limes juiced (limes weight before juicing around 8.5 ounces)
  • ½ English cucumber 6.5 ounces
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 4 mint leaves plus more for garnish if desired
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons agave

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
  • Use a sieve to strain the liquid into a measuring cup or small pitcher.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour as much of the desired drink into the glass. Garnish with mint if you like.
