Summer Fruit Salad

This easy summer fruit salad is so sweet and colorful. It will be a beautiful snack or dessert to share with loved ones.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ mini watermelon (about 14.5 ounces/410g), cubed
  • 5 large strawberries (about 6 ounces/175g), thinly sliced
  • ½ cup (3 ounces/85g), blueberries
  • 1 peach (about 220g/7.55 ounces), sliced
  • 1 nectarine (about 210g/7.45 ounces), chopped
  • 1 mango (about 12.8 ounces/360g), peeled and cubed
  • 1 orange (about 9.35 ounces/260g), juiced
  • 5 to 10 mint leaves torn
  • 1 tablespoon grade A maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Clean and prep the mango, watermelon, peach, nectarine, blueberries, and strawberries to specifications. Add into a large bowl.
  • Zest half of the orange on top, then juice it into the bowl on top of the fruit. Then add in the mint and maple syrup. Mix everything together.
  • Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes to an hour. Enjoy.
