Equipment

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup frozen cherries thawed
  • 5.5 ounces watermelon
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink sea salt
  • Mint for optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Thaw cherries for 15 minutes before blending. Frozen cherries are pitted which is why we are using them.
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
  • Use a sieve to strain the liquid into a measuring cup or small pitcher.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour as much of the desired drink into the glass. Garnish with mint if you like.
